Biography
Hina Nisar Sadouzai is CEO of Cognition Hub Global and a trainer, speaker, productivity specialist and consultant focused on human capital and community development. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has more than a decade of experience designing and delivering training. Since beginning her career in 2007, she has delivered training, coaching, mentoring and keynote sessions across corporate, education, development, media and youth sectors. Her experience includes work with international organisations in Europe, North America, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia, as well as consultancy and evaluation for development organisations.

Key achievements
Hina has participated in the U.S. International Visitor Leadership Program’s Diversity and Inclusion programme, completed Certified Master Trainer training at the School of Leadership, and earned a Certified Productivity Specialist credential through the Asian Productivity Organization, Japan. Her other training includes neuroleadership, agri-tourism development, creative writing, business and human rights, and policy making.
